IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION TO PHYSICAL SHAREHOLDERS

SEBI Circular dated November 3, 2021 – Updation of KYC by the Physical Shareholders

Dear Shareholder,

SEBI vide Circular dated November 03, 2021 made it mandatory for shareholders holdings shares in physical form to furnish PAN, Specimen Signature, Postal Address, email address, mobile number, bank account details and nomination by holders of physical securities.

If the KYC details are not updated, please note that it will result in the following actions on the dates as indicated hereunder:

• January 1, 2022: RTA shall not process any service requests or complaints received from the holder(s) / claimant(s), till PAN, KYC and Nomination documents/details are received.
• April 01, 2023: Folios wherein the said documents / details are not available shall be frozen and will not be eligible to lodge grievance or avail service request from the RTA and shall not be eligible for receipt of dividend in physical mode.
• December 31, 2025: Frozen folios shall be referred by RTA/Company to the administering authority under the Benami Transactions (Prohibitions) Act, 1988 and or Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

In view of the above all the shareholders holdings shares in physical form are urgently advised to update their KYC details by furnishing the documents/details using the forms given in the table below, to our Registrars & Transfer Agent (RTA) at
